Roast Lamb With potatoes
roast lamb with potatoes is one of my favorite dishes that my family cooks. my family has been cooking this meal for three generations now. to make it taste good, you first need to marinate the meat and but it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before roasting it. when its finished in the refrigerator then you need to spend an hour on the prep time. which is bascially cutting all the fat off. then when your done preping, you take the spit of lamb and but it on a spit and either cook it on a grill or over a fire. make sure you rotate the lamb so it gets a nice even cook. the cooking process will take about 3 hours to do. the ingredients for the marinate is 3/4 cups of olive oil, a little bit of lemmon juice, some oregano,2 tbsp of salt, a little bit rosemary, tsp of black pepper, and a little bit of season salt. the ingredients for making the potatoes right is the following. the jucice of two lemmons, salt and black pepper, a little bit of garlic, and a little bit of oregano. this is going to be the best meal you ever ate. its a good meal for thankgiving as it serves 8-10 people.
